• A minimum of (2) years experience as a Plaintiff personal injury attorney with a passion for helping people who have been injured.
• Job responsibilities include a thorough review of each case, determining necessary tasks needed on cases, providing guidance to case staff, and ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed.
• Responsible for reaching out to firm clients and answering their questions.
• Additionally, responsible for documenting notes and tasks in case management software and reporting back to firm managers.
• Juris Doctor & Admitted / Good Standing to Massachusetts Bar

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented marketing coordinator to join our operations team.

• Manage the firm’s marketing and content calendar consisting of blog articles, direct mail efforts, social posts, press releases, community engagement events and other marketing efforts
• Plan, schedule, and manage weekly and monthly meetings with the firm’s Marketing Committee
• Manage the execution of marketing associated with the firm’s SEO, Search Engine and Social Media efforts including posts, videos, blogs and other related content. 
• Manage the firm’s online profiles on search platforms ensuring all information is updated and accurate. 
• Research and analyze the competitive landscape, new entrants in the market, market trends, and prepare market share reports summarizing data and information
• Keep promotional materials up-to-date and ready to use across multiple channels
• Prepare marketing reports and complete quantitative and qualitative marketing performance analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or journalism
• 3 to 5 years of experience with a concentration in marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience in analyzing quantitative data in Excel
• Understanding of traditional marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
