Attorney Nicole Avitabile received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in May 2015. Nicole was admitted into the Massachusetts Bar in November 2015, the Federal Claims Court in March 2019, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts in September 2019. Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, Massachusetts in January 2009, a second Major in Political Science with a concentration in legal studies, and a Minor in English Language.
During law school, Nicole worked as a law clerk for a firm in Boston that focused their practice on counselling small businesses and families. Nicole also worked as a law clerk for a firm in downtown Boston that focused their practice on fertility law and surrogacy.
Prior to coming to Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, Nicole worked for another personal injury firm in downtown Boston for four years. Nicole represented civil plaintiffs in various tort matters, including personal injury, workers' compensation, and general liability cases. Nicole also represented adults injured by vaccines in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). Nicole continues to work in the civil litigation department, representing injured clients, at Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers.
